化疗对急性淋巴细胞白血病患儿骨代谢近期影响的初步探讨英文摘要Preliminary studies about short-term effects of chemotherapy on bone metabolism in children with acute lymphoblastic leukemiaAbstractObjective: To explore the short-term effects of chemotherapy on bone metabolism in children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia at different courses.Method: Serum procollagen I N-terminal propeptide （ PINP） and C- terminaltelopeptide of type I collagen （ CTX） were measured in 116 ALL children and 18 normal controls by the electrochemical luminescence method at the different time point:pre and post the remission induction course with DOLP（DNR、VCR、L-Asp、Dex）（19cases）， pre and post the first CAM （CTX、Ara-C、6-MP）course（14 cases）， postthe delayed enhancement course with DOLP（*ADM、VCR、L-Asp、Dex）and maintenancecourse （SR、IR: 6-MP+MTX/VD, HR: 6-MP+MTX/CA/VD）for half a year（21 cases）.。During DOLP* course they were further divided into standard risk group （2 cases）， intermediate risk group （13 cases）and high risk group（14 cases）. The chemotherapy regimen was from 2008-CCLG project. （*IR, HR: after the delayed enhancement course DOLPⅡ）.Results: （1）No statistical significance of PINP level could be found between pre and post the DOLP course（182.47±112.83 vs 250.16±316.65）ng/ml, P0.05）, but there were significant differences when compared with the control group (549.42±285.50 ng/ml)(P0.05 ) . CTX level at post the DOLP course was increased more than pre the course（1.95±1.08 vs 1.66±0.64）ng/ml, P0.01） and both were higher than the control group（1.20±0.35）ng/ml, （P0.05）. （2） PINP level of pre and post the first CAM course were 617.49±430.83 ng/ml and 665.86±240.02ng/ml with no statistical significance（P0.05）, both of which had no fifferent with the control group（P0.05）.
