HuoxueRuanjiansideoftherabbitchroniccompressionof cervicalspinalcordglialfibrillaryacidicprotein (GFAP) ExperimentalobservationAbstractObjective:Observationofcervicalspondyloticmyelopathy(cervicalspondyloticMyclopathyofanimalexperiments,referredtoasCSM)rabbithindlimbfunctioninspinalcordafterchroniccompression,aswellaschangesofglialfibrillaryacidicprotein(GFAP) inspinalcordcompression,andobservetheeffectoftheimprovementofrabbithindlegsfunctioning,andthenumberofacidicprotein(GFAP)andchangeofcollagenfibers,andprovideclinicalguidancefortheChinesemedicinetreatmentofcervicalspondyloticmyelopathyMethods:CaiQinLincervicalspondyloticmyelopathyanimal model,placedinstainlesssteelscrewsintherabbitcervicalvertebralbeforetheestablishmentofarabbitchroniccervicalspinalcordcompressionanimalmodels,dividedinto fourgroups(n=20):control group,shamoperationprocessing,andnotplacedinscrewshamoperation,feedingsaline;modelinginthecontrol group,successful modelingoffeedingsaline;ChinesemedicineHuoxueside group,the modelwassuccessfulfeedHuoxueRecipeChineseherb;traditionalChinese medicineandbloodcirculationtheRuanjiansidegroup, modelingafterthesuccessfeedingtheRuanjiansideservingtraditionalChinesemedicineHuoxue.Theendofthemodelingunderwenthindlimbnervefunctionevaluationtoconfirmtheexperimentalanimalstomeetthestandards,theacuteinjury,ifany,shallbediscardedafterthesuccessofmodeling.Werefed fiveweeksanimalsweresacrificedaftereachgroupof15specimens(immunohistochemistryEnVision)detectionofspinalcordglialfibrillaryacidicprotein(GFAP).Results:Fourgroupsofexperimentalanimals,theblankgrouptoseetheanteriorhornofthespinalcordgraymatteronlyseeasmallnumber ofGFAPpositiveastrocytes,smallprotrusions,theprotrusionsarefewer,notmanysmallbranchesprotrudingthinandlongcellbodyshapeisnotclear,lightstaining,Thecellsareshapedlikeaspider,wasscattered.GFAPpositiveastrocytesintheependymalareaoutsidethegraymatterandwhitematterinthespinalcordofthemodelcontrolgrouptoseealargenumberofweakstainingtheexpressionofGFAPpositivec
