ABSTRACTVO2isakindofphase-transitiontypematerial,withtheenhancementof temperature,itchangesfrommonoclinictorutilestructureat68°C.Meanwhile, physicalpropertiessuchaselectricalresistance,magneticsusceptibility, opticalindexof refraction transmission and reflectivity havesignificant variation, which leads toa broad rangeofpotentialapplicationinmanyfields.Recently,VO2filmhasbeenappliedfor solartemperaturecontrollerinbuildings,photoelectricswitch,erasableopticalstorage device,protectivedeviceforlaserdestructibleweapons,andmodulatorofmicrowave radiationetal.Withtherapiddevelopmentofnanotechnology,thereisanewwayfor thepreparationofVO2materialinnanosizewhichhasbeenfoundtopossessbetter physicalpropertiessuchasthedramaticdecreaseofstressduringphasetransitionand significantincreaseofresistancevarietyandopticalindexoflighttransmission. ComparedwithVO2filmmaterial,nano-VO2materialismoreconvenienttofabricate largeareauniformfilmespeciallydopedinpolymermatrix.Accordingly,study focusingonthepreparationandpropertyofnano-VO2compositeisofgreatimportance in theoretical andpractical field.Infrareddetectiontechnologyiswidelyusedinbothmilitaryandcivilianfieldsas infraredcontrolandguide,laserradar,infraredimaging,remotesensing,spectral detection,industrialinspect,atmosphereenvironmentmonitoring.Therefore,alotof attentionhasbeenpaidtoimprovetheperformanceofthecorepartin infrareddetection technology-infrared detector all overthe world.Inthefirstpartofthiswork,usingchemicaloxidationmethodthepreparationof poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)(PEDT)filmhasbeendescribed.Theelectric resistanceandtemperaturecharacteristicswasmeasured,andfilmmorphologywas investigatedbyscanningelectronmicroscopy(SEM),whichpavesthewayforthe deviceapplication ofnanoVO2-PEDTfilm.Then, using liquor blend method nanoVO2-PEDT film was fabricated andcharacterized by TCR method. It shows that the composite filmhas one order of magnituderesistancechangebetween35and45°C,whichcorrespondstothetypicalVO2temperatureresistancepr
