AbstractAstheclinicalintractablecaseofsmallanimals,thecaninetumordiseasehasbeen paidmoreandmoreattention.Inthisstudy,theauthorcollected104clinicalcasesofthe caninetumorsinYear2012inHefeithroughsomeresearchesandsurveys;investigatedthe relationshipbetweentumordiseasesandcaninespecies,sex,ageanddiet,etc.andmade statisticalresultsbytheclinicaldatacollectionrecords;madeadetailedclassificationof tumorswithbenignandmalignantdifferentialdiagnosisbyhistopathologicalexamination of32typicalcases;exploredthevalueoftumormarkersintheearlydiagnosisofcanine neoplasticdisease,thediagnosisofavarietyofmalignanttumorsandtumorscreeningby tumormarkers determination in 32 cases of caninetumors.The results were asfollows:Caninetumordiseaseswerecloselyrelatedtocanines’species,sex,ageanddiet,etc.There were 18 varieties of canine which can get tumor diseases. Among these,PekingesedogsandtheHalf-Blooddogswerethetwocommonvarieties(25.96%and 19.23%),andGoldenRetrieveralsohadahighincidencerate(13.46%).Theaverageage oftumorcanineswas7.43yearsold,skinandsofttissuetumorswas6.26yearsold,breast andbitchesgenitaltumorswas8.34yearsold,whichshowedthatthebreastandbitches genitalcancershadahigheragethanothertumordiseases.Ingeneral,theincidenceofthe tumordiseasetendedtooccurinyoungerageofdogs.45casesofbreastcancerswereall frombitches’cases.30in38casesofskinandsofttissuetumorswerefrommaledogs, whichtook78.95%ofthetotal;8in38casesofskinandsofttissuetumorswerefrom femaledogs,whichtook21.05%ofthetotal.Accordingtothedifferenteatinghabitsof canines,thehighestincidencerateswereinturnthedogswhichwerefedwithleftovers, partialeclipse,meatswithrice,respectivelyreaching30%,27%,25%,taking82%ofthe total,whilethelowerincidenceratescametothedogswhichwerefedwithpuredogfood and homemade food.Histopathologicalsectionscanbeusedasthebasisofthedeterminationofcanine neoplasticdiseases, which had certain significanceto canineneoplasticdiseasediagnosis.Theanalysisoftumortissue,cellmorphology,degreeofpathologicalchanges,tumor gradew
