AbstractCoplanar waveguide (CPW), which has been taken more and more attention for its advantages such as easy connections in series and shunt, insensitivity to substrate thickness in the design of microwave and millimeter wave circuits.Impedance and admittance converter is an important component in microwave filter design because its quality determines performance of the filter directly.The accurate design of CPW impedance and admittance converter can not be ignored in CPW filter design.Based on full study of impedance and admittance converter principle,this papaer summarizes the method that associate the size of arbitrary structure CPW converter with its performance mainly by the way of extraction microwave network parameter for discontinuity CPW structure.The main content and contributions are as follows:This thesis analyses the discontinuity structure of converter by the two-port network analysis method. Converter represented with the two-port parameter get rid of the complexity of replacement of equivalent circuit,making the method can be widely used for various CPW converter.This thesis makes full use of character that the network parameter is interconvertible. Using HFSS simulate impedance and admittance converter and its auxiliary circuit, we can obtain the S parameter, transform it into ABCD parameter. JK value of converter can be extracted by using ABCD parametric cascading characteristics .This thesis analyses of the common lumped converter and quarter wavelength distributed converter, gives the relations the J, K and Φ value with changed frequency.The practice proved that this method can be used to analyse CPW converter, which avoid the blindness of the converter size design and accelerate the filter integrated design process.Appling the designed converter with the method to filter can better realize its function and meet the design index.Key words: CPW, Impedance and admittance converter , Network parameter , ABCD matrix目录第一章 绪论 ........................
