摘要制造业是一个国家支柱产业，也是影响国民经济发展、提高人民生活水平的主 要产业，它作为一个传统的领域已经发展了很多年。随着制造技术、计算机技术、 数字化技术的发展，传统的制造方法已逐渐被先进的制造方式所代替。而先进制造 技术中应用 CAD/CAM 的水平直接能反应出本国制造业水平的高低。逆向工程技术 作为一种新兴的技术在产品设计、开发、优化、定型等方面，都有很大的作用，能 提高工业产品设计水平，缩短研发周期，增强产品的市场竞争力。本文主要研究了 CAD/CAM 技术在逆向工程中的应用，首先介绍了 CAD/CAM 技术和逆向技术的概况及应用现状。分析了逆向过程中利用 CAD/CAM 技术获取工 件表面坐标数据的三种常用方法，结合实例分别讲述三种方法获取数据的过程并总 结出各种方法的优缺点和适用范围。然后利用 CATIA V5 软件的数字曲面编辑模块 和快速曲面重构模块建立数据模型。介绍了快速成型技术的原理特点和几种常用快 速成型方法，分析了这几种方法的优缺点。再利用快速成型技术处理软件对 CAD 软件建立的模型进行分层处理，建立支撑基础，最后用紫外光快速成型机加工出实 体模型。关键字：逆向工程；CAD/CAM 技术； 数据测量； 曲面建模；快速成型AbstractManufacturing industry is the pillar industry of a country, which affects economic development and improves living standards. As the devolopment of manufacturing ,computer and digital technology, traditional manufacturing has gradually been replaced by advanced manufacturing. The level of CAD/CAM applications in advanced manufacturing technology can reflect directly the level of domestic manufacturing.Reverse engineering is a new technology which has a great effect in design,developnent,optimizes and products facility. It can improve the level of industrial product design, shorten design cycles and enhance our products,improve competitiveness in the international the market.The paper researches on the applications of CAD / CAM technology in reverse engineering, introducs the CAD / CAM technology and reverse profiles and application of technology.
