Establishing perfect credit evaluation system plays an important role in urging the customer and sellers to trade honestly, and it is very important to construct healthy and sustainable E-business ecosystem. A starting point of the Paper is the development of E-commerce, we then analyse the current credit problems, such as credit asymmetric intensifies, Internet fraud, etc, and points out some defects of the existing credit evaluation system, the calculation of credit value does not consider the customers initial credit value, credit terms do not associated with trading amount, the efficiency of the credit value and credit evaluation is lack of hierarchy, just simple accumulation of points. The paper proposes E-commerce evaluation system based on the latest data by CNNIC and iResearch, analyzes the influence of E-commerce consumers and merchants trust of the most critical factors in the trade and consumer shopping on the main factors, put forward the construction of credit evaluation model of credit assessment index, and uses hierarchical weighted decision to give the weight of each indicator gives a reasonable, then established based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the C2C E-commerce credit evaluation model, the new model considering the initial buyers credit value and t rading value of high and low and the efficiency of the credit value.
