上市公司财务困境预警研究——基于ST长运的案例（上） 【摘要】近几年，上市公司问题已经越来越受到人们的关注，其中上市公司财务困境的问题更加突出。但财务困境确是财务金融领域中相对生僻的课题。对于财务困境研究的文献倒也并非完全鲜见，笔者在正文中的文献回顾和概念分析中作了比较完整的整理和阐述。 我国学者通常认为我国ST上市公司就是陷入财务困境的公司，因此本文的重点研究对象也是ST公司。对于财务困境的研究方面有很多，但财务困境预警研究是最具实用性的。如今，在这方面的研究已经十分发达，有许多复杂的模型，但这些模型和方法并不适合广大的信息使用者。因此本文力求使用最简单的单元趋势分析来预测公司财务困境，并使用Z-模型进行验证。 本文的研究对于预测上市公司发生财务困境的可能性有一定的借鉴意义和参考价值，尤其可以满足那些对财务知识没有深入了解的信息使用者的需求。 关键词：财务困境，预警，上市公司，ST Abstract In recent years, the listed corporation problems has been subjected to peoples concern more and more, and meanwhile, the financial distress problem of listed corporation is more outstanding. However, finance distress is really uncommon topic in the financial realm. The literatures of financial distress are also not completely fresh, and I made a more complete and elaborate sorting in the text. The domestic scholars always regard the ST companies as the company suffering financial distress, and therefore, the textual point research object is also ST companies. There are a lot of researching aspects in financial distress, and however, the financial distress warning model is most practical. Nowadays, this researching aspect is quite flourishing and there are many complicated models. But these models and methods are unsuitable for the numerous information users. Thereby, this text introduces the simplest model, unit trend analysis, to predict the company financial distress, and use Z-Score model to carry on verification. This research is helpful for the prediction of financial distress, and especially, it can meet the need of the information users without thorough understanding to financial knowledge.
