电 子 科 技 大 学 毕 业 设 计（论 文） 论文题目：电子商务与金融企业合作问题研究—以G银行为例 指导老师： 职 称： 学生姓名： 学 号: 专 业：电子商务 电子科技大学 制 2016年 11月 14日 电 子 科 技 大 学 摘要 在信息化的今天，互联网技术的应用越来越广泛，电子商务应运而生。随着电子商务的普及，人们的购物方式发生了很大的变化，金融业既可以因此觅得发展良机，又将迎来重重阻碍。金融领域作为信息密集行业，首先遭遇了信息技术所带来的巨大变革，从20世纪70年代银行业的电子转账系统的使用，到80年代证券交易的电子化改革，无一不是以信息技术为先导的。随着互联网技术的快速商业化应用，金融领域就成为电子商务使用和扩散最快的一个行业。由于金融业本身的信息化水平较高，而且相对于传统行业，金融服务业省略了物流环节，所以，电子商务的瓶颈约束较少，客观条件决定了电子商务比较容易在金融领域使用和采纳。 电子商务的出现，为金融业注入了新鲜的血液，改变了传统金融业效率低、成本高的弊端，使金融业得到了前所未有的迅猛发展。尽管中国的金融制度、市场体系和美国等发达国家相比，存在很大的差别和差距，但是，这些差别和差距并没有阻挡电子商务在中国金融业的快速发展。 我们可以很清楚地发现，中国规模较大的几家商业银行都开通了网上银行的业务，开通网上证券交易的经纪公司数量就更多，而保险业也不甘落后，纷纷设立了上保险的服务，消费者可以足不出户，就享受到应有尽有的各种金融产品和服务，为人们的生活带来了极大的方便。 关键词 电子商务 金融企业 互联网金融 发展合作 Abstract E-commerce has admittedly changed the whole social politics, economy, culture and all aspects of life, the financial industry under the impact of the trend is faced with unprecedented development opportunities and challenges.
