车用灯泡玻壳吹泡机上料定位机构的三维造型 摘 要 人造光明的使用是现代社会文明的象征之一。随着社会和科技的发展，电光源在人民生活、工农业生产，交通运输、国防、医疗卫生、文化娱乐等各领域中的地位越来越重要。并且随着汽车行业的飞速发展，车用灯泡的需求量也与日俱增，从而也使得电光源机械不断的改进着。 本文在了解了目前国内外的电光源设备的基础上，设计了一种利用玻璃管为原材料的车用灯泡壳吹泡机，因为其原材料简单，投入少，使得该机械在中小型企业中有着广泛的应用。本文通过对玻璃管吹泡机的加工工艺过程的了解，对玻璃管吹泡机的各个工位的主要工作进行设计，从而确定各个执行机构在设备上的位置。在确定执行机构的位置后，按照各个执行机构的工作任务设计各个执行机构，并且对执行机构的工作原理进行介绍，其中提出了对于合模机构的创新设计方案。在完成各个执行机构方案设计的同时，对上料定位机构中的凸轮轮廓曲线进行设计。这里主要采用程序计算的方法计算凸轮的轮廓曲线。 关键词：玻璃管吹泡机、执行机构设计、凸轮轮廓曲线设计、程序计算 The executing agency of the light bulb blowing machine design Abstract The use of artificial light is one of the civilizations of the symbol of modern society. With the social and technological development, electric light is become more and more important in peoples lives, industrial, agricultural production, transportation, national defense, health, culture and entertainment, such as the status of the field. And with the rapid development of the automotive industry, and the growing demand of the automotive bulbs, the electric light machinery has continuously improved. In this paper, first we present a detailed understanding of the power source equipment at home and abroad.Then we introduced the background of this equipment, and then design the process of the machine when it make the light bulbs, and then we designed a car shell blowing machine that use the glass as its raw materials to make light bulbs. Because of its simple raw materials and less inputs, the machine has a wide range of applications in small and medium-sized enterprises. This article first we make some understanding of the process of processing. Then we design what kind of job each executing agency does. Then decide where we put them. After that, this article mainly introduces the design of each executing agency of the bulb blowing machine and executing the working principles of each executing agencies.
