摘要 本文是年产 9 万吨锌湿法冶金沸腾焙烧车间设计说明书。 文章共分为五大部分，第一部分简要介绍锌的性质和用途以及锌冶金的基本状况（第一 章）。第二部分通过对现有的工艺流程的对比分析，选择了焙烧—热酸浸出—净化—电积的 湿法炼锌流程，在焙烧工段上选择鲁奇式沸腾焙烧技术，浸出工段选择了黄钾铁矾法热酸浸 出，同时选择了湿法炼锌的技术经济指标和操作条件，并且对厂址进行了选择与论证 （第二、 三章）。第三部分是冶金计算，包括物料平衡计算和热平衡计算（第四章）。第四部分是利用 冶金计算结果设计主体设备，并对一些主要辅助设备进行设计和选型（第五、六章）。第五 部分是对本设计中的辅助生产的一些问题进行分析说明，包括厂内运输和水电供应，车间配 置和管理、三废处理和环保（第七至十章）。 关键词：工厂设计；湿法炼锌；焙烧；鲁奇型焙烧炉 I ABSTRACT The paper is the design instruction book of roasting plant of hydrometallurgical factory which produces 900,000,000t zinc ingots per year. There five main parts in this paper. The first part is the brief introduction of the properties and use of zinc and the basic situation of zinc hydrometallurgy (Chapter 1). In the second part, after comparing and proving the present technique flows, this design selects the hydrometallurgical flow of zinc, which is composed of four main steps: roasting, leaching, purifying and eletrowinning. Lurgi fluidized bed roasting technique is selected in roasting section. Moreover, the technique operating indexes and technical economy conditions are selected, and the location of the factory is also selected (Chapter 2 and 3). The third part is metallurgical calculations which include materials balance calculation and thermal balance calculation (Chapter 4). In the fourth part, the main equipments are designed by the results of metallurgical calculations, and some assistant equipments are also designed and selected (Chapter 5 and 6). The fifth part has an instruction of water and supply, environment protection, production management, etc (Chapter 7 to 10).
