郑州工业应用技术学院 本科生毕业设计说明书 题 目：复 合 冲 裁 模 模 具 设 计 指导教师： 尤奇 职称： 硕士研究生 学生姓名： 杨小松 学号： 1302130420 专 业： 机械设计制造及其自动化 院 （系）： 机电工程学院 答辩日期： 2017年 月 日 2017年 月 日 摘要 这一次的设计是复合冲裁模，复合冲裁是在一次冲压过程中可以一起完成两步或两步更多的工序。在老师指导下我查阅相关材料，在实验室进行多种模具的拆装和安装实验，认识模具的基本结构，使用冷冲压模具的设计和制造、机械作图及互换性与技术测量的基本知识，学习并使用Pro/E、CAD等电脑作图软件，按照冲压设计理论，从而确定冲压设计方案，冲压工序，毛坯排样图。该复合冲裁模将落料、冲孔两步同时完成。该模具选用了合适的凸、凹模间隙及最好的模具设计构造完成工件的加工要求。它具备操作便利、一次成形、生产快的优点。叙述了冲压复合模具的大体构造和加工过程，为满足冲裁件的质量，提出了复合模具设计和加工的注意事项。这种设计思绪可扩宽运用到别的相似零件的冲裁制造中。 关键词：落料 冲孔 复合模 Abstrast This design is the compound blanking die, the compound blanking is in the punch presses a stamping process to be possible at the same time to complete two steps or above two steps. In this paper, the overall structure and the working process of the stamping die for the parts are described. In order to ensure the quality of the blanking parts, the key points of the design and processing of the compound die are pointed out. The design idea can be extended to other similar parts of the blanking process.
