摘 要 非正式组织是管理学和组织行为学研究的一个重要内容。由于企业发展的复杂多变的特性，使企业中的正式组织在处理企业生产发展问题中存在着缺陷，表现得客套呆板；并且组建正式组织需要花费较多的人力、物力和财力，不可能在企业中组建方方面面的正式组织来解决复杂多变的企业问题。正是由于企业正式组织在发展过程中受客观现实条件的限制，企业中的非正式组织成为企业发展过程中的客观存在，并与之交互并存、相互影响，密切不可分割。管理者一直在探讨和尝试如何有效地发挥非正式组织的积极作用, 克服其消极作用, 从而提高组织效率。文章通过阐述非正式组织的概念及其存在原因, 分析非正式组织对正式组织的影响, 对非正式组织的管理提出建议。 关键词： 非正式组织 作用 管理 The influence of informal organization on sifang restaurant of zhouquanzhoudao company and the suggestions for the management of informal organization Abstract: Informal organization is an important topic for the study o f management and organizational behavior science. Formal organizations’ limitation and ineffective performance in the production and development of enterprises result from the complex and changeable feature of enterprise development. The establishment of diversiform formal organizations to solve various problems in enterprises is impossible, due to the large consumption of manpower, material and financial resources. Thus, the existing limitations of the development of formal organizations conduce to the indispensability of informal organizations, and the informal organizations’ co-existence, interaction and impartibility with formal organizations in enterprises. Managers have been trying to work out effective ways to achieve the positive function of the informal organization and overcome the negative ones. The concept and reason for the existence of informal organization is analyzed, along the effect of the informal organization on the formal one. There are also suggestions for the management o f informal organization.
