Please describe how you did to get it done Activity’s title: “Inventive of mind, Waste to treasure” creative environmental contest. Purpose: Advocate environment protection and innovation. My role: Leader of this activity as the Minister of Youth Volunteer Department 1. Designed the scheme and divided this activity into 5 parts: publicity, entries collection, preliminary, finals and summary. 2. Distributed early preparation tasks, such as advanced publicity, rules announcement and entries collection. Discussed forms of preliminary and final contest and produced open-air referendum as form of preliminary and judges’ vote as form of final contest. 3. Held open-air preliminary. Tasks: site layout (lots of tables were needed), entries exhibition and keep, vote information collection, to maintain order and to decide entries of final contest. 4. Held final contest. Invite other ministers as a jury and cooperate with Green Association which provided prizes. Competition manner: competitors’ statement, judges and audience vote, awarding ceremony. 5. Summary: Entries’ deepness is insufficient and need more powerful support to stimulate greater creative enthusiasm and relevant guidance and training.
