Abstract
With the growing of computer technology in the modern society, peoples living standards gradually improved. Compared to the traditional way of shopping, online shopping is fast, convenient. College students are particular consumer groups who have a huge consumption potential.There is a certain risk in online shopping.

1. Introduction
With the growing of computer technology in the modern society, peoples living standards gradually improved. Compared to the traditional way of shopping, online shopping is fast, convenient. College students are particular consumer groups who have a huge consumption potential.There is a certain risk in online shopping.
In order to know the situation of students online shopping, my group released 60 survey questionnaires in the October 20, 2012 in Qingdao University.After the analysis of the survey results, we already have a preliminary understanding. I will use objective data and charts to explain the results of this survey.
2.Body
2.1 Survey Methodology
In the survey, the object of our investigation are the Qingdao University students. In the 100 valid questionnaires, the Proportion of 63% of girls and 37% of boys, which accounted for 44% over the net shopping experience, to investigate the situation of the questionnaire results.
2.2 Results
1. In all kinds of risks of online shopping, students who worry about the received goods are far different from on-line description or pictures have the highest proportion of 93%. Second, the quality and function of goods can’t up to students’ expectation followed by the first risk, up to 85%. At the sam
