The hotel will be transferred to me at the price of 350,000RMB, and its monthly rent is 4000. The acreage of it is 500㎡. But I will make a reconstruction of it, for the design of it is not very attractive for people. As the hotel is located in the University City, the main guests are students. So the hotel needs to be modern, pleasant, and in a way fashionable. It is expected to meet more needs of students.
