摄像头外壳注塑模的设计 摘 要 塑料模具的发展是随着塑料工业的发展而发展的。近年来，人们对各种设备和用品轻量化要求越来越高，这就为塑料制品提供了更为广阔的市场。塑料制品要发展，必然要求塑料模具随之发展。现代模具技术的发展，在很大程度上依赖于模具标准化、优质模具材料的研究、先进的设计与制造技术、专用的机床设备，更重要的是生产技术的管理等。21世纪模具行业的基本特征是高度集成化、智能化、柔性化和网络化。追求的目标是提高产品的质量及生产效率，缩短设计及制造周期，降低生产成本，最大限度地提高模具行业的应变能力，满足用户需要。本设计是关于摄像头外壳注塑模具的设计。主要从材料选择、产品设计、模具设计、成型工艺四方面进行设计。使用Pro/E来完成造型和凸凹模具的设计。 关键词：塑料模具；材料选择；模具设计；成型工艺 Abstract With the development of plastic industry ,plastic mold is developing very quickly。In recent years, people request to be more and more strict with the thing reducing in weight to every kind of daily necessity and equipments, which will provide a great market for plastics products. The plastics products have to develop, requesting the plastics molding tool by all means to develop immediately. Technical development in modern molding tool, depends on to a large extent to standardize in the molding tool, the research on high quality materials, advanced design and manufacturing technique, special machine and equipments, the most important is technical management etc .The basic characteristic of the molding industry of the 21st centuries is highly integrated, intelligent, flexible and mesh worked .The target of pursuing is to improve the quantity and enhance the efficiency of products, shortening the periods of design and manufacturing , lowering the production cost, enhance the reactive ability of the molding industry ,meet the demand of customer. This design is the design about the outer shell of the camera. Mainly design from plastic mold, stuff select, mold design and molding process four aspects. Completes the design of the model and the core and cavity molding tool with Pro/ E.
