Your daily meal: Watch or listen to English news program for 30 minutes everyday. Write down the main idea of the most impressing piece of news and your comments on it. (more than 100 words in English) Follow the record, read out loud one passage from the Reading textbook for 2 times (about 20 minutes) and one passage for recitation in the present textbook for 5 times (10 minutes). (about 2 hours) 2. Watch one of the films from the list twice or more, describe one impressing scene and write down 3 wonderful lines 台词 as well as a comment of over 300 words and 2 questions you would like to ask.
