Through the improvement anthrax, proposes the upper air pre-efficiency, the change high temperature reheater material quality, the improvement burner pivot angle organization structure, the adjustment chamber negative pressure design value, the government chamber soot blower, to strengthen the overhaul operational guidance and so on, has carried on systems comprehensive program of public order application, enhanced the boiler high temperature reheater security, has guaranteed units security economy movement. key word: Imports the subcritical boiler; high temperature reheat ; long overheated reason and countermeasure 概况 四川巴蜀江油发电厂2×330MW机组配套的1004t/h锅炉系法国斯坦因工业公司制造的亚临界参数、强制循环、四角切圆、固态排渣、п布置的煤粉炉。 锅炉再热系统由低温再热器、高温再热器两级构成。低温再热器布置在炉膛内水冷壁前、左、右侧墙上，与水冷壁构成复式壁结构，高温再热器布置折焰角正上方的炉膛出口，位于高温过热器前。在低温再热器入口设置事故喷水减温。燃烧器为摆动式，通过上下摆动改变炉内火焰中心位置，调节再热汽温。 因高温再热器布置在炉膛出口，为防止高温再热器管运行中超温，在锅炉设计上采用了以下技术措施： 高温再热器管炉内高温区采用Z10CDNbV9-2、TU10CD9-10等耐热高合金材质。 采用较大管径（φ63.5×4），较高介质流速，保证再热器管的可靠冷却。 管排采用顺列布置。 在低温再热器入口设置事故喷水减温。 设置摆动式燃烧器，通过上下摆动改变炉内火焰中心位置，调节再热汽温。 设置
