《社会责任手册》是我公司建立和实施管理系统,是发展,维持和实施相关政策的管理方案,是为控制我公司社会责任及安全卫生损失而建立的;是改善本厂作业环境,劳动条件,加强劳动保护,维护社会责任的指导性文件,其政策与实务是绝对符合标准要求和相关法规规定的。现正式批准发布,自2010年05月15日开始实施。
要求全体员工严格按照《社会责任手册》规定内容认真地贯彻实施,以改善工人及相关利益团体的关系,提高企业形象及声誉,增强员工的向心力、凝聚力和公司的竞争力。
