But along with the increase in order form training mode, its problems are increasingly obvious. The talent training goal of order form is not determined, the curriculum setting is not distinctive, the interaction between colleges and enterprises is not enough in the training process, and the class management is not strict. All these problems affect the realization of order talent training. The paper analyzes the problems and proposes the corresponding countermeasures.
