Poor treatment of the crisis may leads to a fall of the masses belief in the government and panic may raise and the situation may get worse or even out of control. Thus the image of the government will be damaged and the foundation of governing is threatened. On the other side good treatment of crisis will enhance the masses belief in the government and the tie between the masses and their governor and improves the image and governing foundation of the government. Mainly discusses the Bobai May.17th incident, and makes some suggestions to perfecting the public relationship in crisis system of the Chinese government. First summarizes the concepts of public relationship in crisis and crisis management.
