Vol.15 ，No.4 ·方 略· 大学 内部权力结构与绩效 的关系研究 ———社会 网络分析的视角 姜 华 1 ，黄 帅 1 ，杨玉凤 ２ （1.大连理工大学 高等教育研 究院，辽宁 大连 116０２4 ；２. 东北大学 文法学院，辽宁 沈阳 11００２4 ） 摘要 ：本研 究利用社会 网络分析法，对样本大学的权力结构与运行状 态进行 了研 究。 首先 ，用中心性分 析 了大学的权力结构 ，描述 了大学各个部 门（领导 ）的权力分配和权力重心 ，同时用密度、平均距 离和凝聚力 指数描述 了大学权力的运行状 态；其次，用“投入－产 出”法计算 了大学的绩效 ；最后 ，分析 了大学权力重心、 权力运行状 态与大学绩效之 间的关 系。 研 究显示 ：大学的权力重心越低 ，学校绩效越 高；大学的权力运行状 态越好 ，学校绩效越 高。 研 究结果为完善大学内部权力结构提供 了有效的路径。 关键词 ：大学；权力结构 ；运行状 态；绩效评价 ；社会 网络分析 ；灰 色关联分析 Research on the Relationship between the Internal Power Structure and Performance of University： The Perspective of Social Network Analysis 1 1 ２ JIANG Hua ，HUANG Shuai ，YANG Yu－feng （1. Firstly, the study analyzes the power structure with centrality, describes the distribution of power and the core of power among unive rsity departments, and describes the exercise of power with density, average distance and cohesion index. Then, it calculates university performance with the Input －Output method. Finally, the study explores the relationship between the core of power, the exercise of power and university performance.
