特别专题 Exclusive Subject 网络大会获奖论文选登 基于MongoDB的EHR存储方案研究与设计 ① ① 刘愉 王立军 摘 要 随着我国医改的推进，卫生信息化建设发展迅速。居民电子健康档案是提高医疗服务质量，降低医疗费用，实现医 疗资源均等化的重要技术手段。CDA是用于居民电子健康档案、实现医疗信息存储和交换的国际标准。CDA采用XML格式，数 据内容具有半结构化特征。MongoDB是面向非结构化数据的文档型数据库，是NoSQL的典型代表，具有扩展性强、无模式、高 性能、易管理等优势。结合CDA文档特点和MongoDB优势，设计并实现了基于MongoDB的CDA存储方案，并通过与Native XML数 据库—BaseX对比进行性能分析，发现其具有更高的存储效率和查询速度。该方案可用于区域卫生信息平台中居民电子健康 档案的存储和检索。 关键词 居民电子健康档案 CDA NoSQL MongoDB Doi:10.3969/j.issn.1673-7571.2013.06.006 Research and Design of EHR Storage Solution Based on MongoDB / LIU Yu, WANG Li-jun//China Digital Medicine.-2013 8(6): 20 to 24 Abstract As the advancement of medical reform in our country, the construction of health information develops rapidly. Residents electronic health records is an important technical means to improve the quality of medical services, reduce the health care costs and achieve the equalization of medical resources.CDA is an international standard for residents electronic health records to realize the storage and exchange of medical information.CDA adopts XML format and its data contents have the characteristics of semi- structured. MongoDB is a document database oriented for unstructured data, a typical representative of NoSQL which has the advantages of strong extensibility, no-schema, high performance, ease of management and so on. In this paper, combining with the characteristics of the CDA document and the advantages of MongoDB, we design and implement the CDA storage solution based on MongoDB and compare with Native XML database-BaseX to analyze the performance which shows higher storage efficiency and retrieval speed.
