丁苯酞联合前列地尔注射液治疗后循环缺血性眩晕的临床效果 　　[摘要] 目的 观察丁苯酞联合前列地尔注射液治疗后循环缺血性眩晕的临床效果。 方法 收集2016年1～10月于鄂东医疗集团黄石市中心医院接受治疗的110例后循?h缺血性眩晕患者作为观察对象，按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组（55例）和观察组（55例）。在常规治疗的基础上，对照组给予前列地尔注射液，观察组在对照组的基础上联合丁苯酞治疗，疗程2周。疗程结束后，比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后后循环血流速度及不良反应发生情况。 结果 眩晕临床疗效显示，观察组总有效率显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（94.5%比81.8%，P 0.05）；治疗后两组上述参数均较治疗前显著加快（均P 0.05）。 结论 丁苯酞联合前列地尔注射液治疗后循环缺血性眩晕效果可靠，能够提高临床疗效，加快后循环血流速度，且不良反应发生率低，值得临床应用。 　　[关键词] 丁苯酞；前列地尔注射液；后循环缺血性眩晕；血流速度 　　[中图分类号] R441.2 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-7210（2017）06（c）-0145-04 　　[Abstract] Objective To observe the curative efficacy of Butylphthalide in combination with Alprostadil Injection in patients with posterior circulation ischemic vertigo. Methods One hundred and ten patients with posterior circulation ischemic vertigo who received therapy in Huangshi Central Hospital of Edong Healthcare Group from January to October 2016 were collected as observational objects and randomly divided into the control group （55 cases） and the observation group （55 cases） according to random number table. Besides conventional treatment， the control group was treated with Alprostadil Injection， while the observation group was treated with Butylphthalide in combination with Alprostadil Injection. After treatment of 2 weeks， the curative efficacy， blood velocity of posterior circulation before and after treatment and adverse reactions were compared. Results Assessment of curative efficacy of vertigo showed that the total effective rate in the observation group was statistically higher than that in the control group （94.5% vs 81.8%， P 0.05）. After treatment， the indexes above in the two groups were all significantly faster than those before treatment （all P 0.05）. Conclusion Butylphthalide in combination with Alprostadil Injection is effective for patients with posterior circulation ischemic vertigo， which can improve the curative efficacy， speed up the blood velocity of posterior circulation， with low incidence of adverse reactions， it is worthy of clinical applicatio
