摘 要 钢筋切断机是钢筋加工必不可少的设备之一，它主要用于房屋建筑、桥梁、隧道、电站、大型水利等工程中对钢筋的定长切断。钢筋切断机与其他切断设备相比，具有重量轻、耗能少、工作可靠、效率高等特点，因此近年来逐步被机械加工和小型轧钢厂等广泛采用，在国民经济建设的各个领域发挥了重要的作用。 本课题设计的钢筋矫直切断机的工作原理是：采用电动机经一级带传动和二级齿轮传动减速后,带动曲轴旋转,曲轴推动连杆使滑块和动刀片在机座的滑道中作往复直线运动,使活动刀片和固定刀片相错而切断钢筋。 本钢筋切断机由于采用带传动和齿轮减速传动，使机构具有缓冲、吸振、运行平稳、噪声小、合过载保护等优点。它可用来传递空间任意两轴间的运动和动力，并具有功率范围大，传动效率高，传动比准确，使用寿命长，工作安全可靠等特点，有较好的急回特性，推程速度平稳，急回速度较快。 关键词：钢筋切断机；齿轮；减速器；带传动；钢筋 ABSTRACT Reinforcing steel cutting machine is one of most essential equipments during the process. It is used for house building, bridge, tunnel, electricity station and large water conservancy etc. The reinforcing steel cutting machine with much characteristics，such as weight light, consume ability little, work credibility, the efficiency.It is adopt during process in small factory in recent years. It has important function at nation economy construction. The horizontal reinforcing steel cutting .Machine in the paper works at principle that adopts electric motor after a class spread to move with second class wheel gear spreading，then to move decelerate arouse song stalk to revolve, song stalk pushing connect the pole move slippery and moving piece back and forth straight line. The movable razor and fixing razor can word in the different way cut off reinforcing bar. The reinforcing steel cutting machine has several characteristics, such as butterwy, absorb to flap, circulate steady, small voice and carry protection etc, with adopting the wheel gear and surreal advantage. It can use to deliver space two arbitrarily sport and motive, and have wide power scope , spread effacement, with ratio accurate, service life long, work safety credibility etc. It is characteristics better nasty returning to characteristic, pushing distance speed steady, nasty returning to speed quicker.
