X线影像学检查对糖尿病足的诊断价值分析 　　DOI：10.16658/j.cnki.1672-4062.2017.05.149 　　[摘要] 目的 分析X线影像学检查对糖尿病足的诊断价值。方法 该院在2008年1月―2017年1月收治的的58例糖尿病足患者，共 78条病足。采用日本岛津 UD15030 ，500MA 型 X 线机，检查取常规方法，依次拍摄患者足部正、斜位，X 线片由2名专业医师进行审阅诊断。从软组织、骨质及关节等几方面病变进行观察分析。结果 78条患足中有51 条患足为软组织肿胀，有23条患足软组织区簇状或小线条状钙化，软组织积气3例；78条患足均有骨质疏松，有 30条患足出现骨质破坏，发生病理性骨折6例；关节脱位23条。结论 对糖尿病足患者实施 X 线检查可取得一定的检查结果，但为提高糖尿病足的检出率，保障患者的及时治疗，对 X 线检查显示未见明显异常的糖尿病足患者应实施 CT 检查。 　　[关键词] X线影像学；检查；糖尿病足；诊断；价值 　　[中图分类号] R587.2 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1672-4062（2017）03（a）-0149-02 　　Analysis of Value of X Ray Imaging Examination in Diagnosis of Diabetic Foot 　　LI Lei 　　Department of Radiology， Jintun Health Center， Jiaxiang， Shandong Province， 272413 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze the value of X ray imaging examination in diagnosis of diabetic foot. Methods 58 cases of patients with diabetic foot admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2008 to January 2017 were selected （78 affected feet）， and the SHIMADZU UD15030m， 500MA X-ray machine and routine method were adopted and the positive and oblique positions of feet of patients were filmed in turn， and the X ray films were reviewed and diagnosed by two professional physicians and the lesions of soft tissue， bone and joint were observed and analyzed. Results Of the 78 affected feet， there were 51 with soft tissue swelling， 23 cases with soft tissue regional cluster or small line calcification and 3 with soft tissue pneumatosis， and all of the 78 affected feet had the osteoporosis， and 30 affected feet had the destruction of bone， 6 cases were with pathological fractures and 23 with joint dislocation. Conclusion The X ray examination for patients with diabetic foot can obtain a certain examination result， in order to improve the test rate of diabetic foot and ensure the timely treatment of patients， we should implement the CT examination for the diabetic foot patients without obvious abnormalities showed by the X ray examination. 　　[Key words] X ray imaging； Examination； Diabetic
