精品论文 参考文献 酒精性精神病人多器官功能障碍临床救治分析 （云南省楚雄州精神病医院 云南楚雄 675000） 　　【摘要】目的：探讨酒精性精神病人多器官功能障碍临床救治。方法：选择我院2014年1月1日至2015年12月31日收治的300例酒精性精神病患者，其中酒精性精神病多器官功能障碍患者104例，所有患者均按照我院酒精中毒临床诊断、治疗及护理流程进行治疗。采用生活质量量表（SF-36）对患者治疗前后生活质量变化情况展开比较。结果：104例患者均经我院常规酒精中毒诊疗和护理，痊愈81例，治疗有效率77.88%；8例患者治疗后存在轻度智力障碍，12例患者因出现急性肾衰竭转院、3例患者因呼吸衰竭转往综合科医院，转院率14.42%。治疗后患者生活质量评分显著高于治疗前，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：针对酒精性精神病人多器官功能障碍患者应进行及早的诊断和治疗，降低死亡率。 　　【关键词】酒精中毒；多器官功能障碍；智力障碍 　　【中图分类号】R749.05 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1007-8231（2016）11-0012-02 　　Analysis of clinical treatment of multiple organ dysfunction in patients with alcoholic psychosis 　　【Abstract】Objective To investigate the clinical treatment of multiple organ dysfunction in patients with alcoholic psychosis. Methods in our hospital in January 2014, to 2015 December 31 were 300 cases of alcoholic psychosis patients, including 104 cases of alcoholic psychosis multiple organ dysfunction patients, all patients were in accordance with clinical diagnosis, treatment and nursing process of alcohol poisoning treatment. The quality of life of patients before and after treatment was compared with the quality of life scale (SF-36). Results 104 patients were by our hospital regular alcohol poisoning diagnosis, treatment, and nursing care, 81 cases were cured, and the effective rate of treatment was 77.88%; 8 cases of patients after mild mental disorder, 12 patients due to acute renal failure referral, 3 cases of patients with respiratory failure transferred to hospital, transferred 14.42% rate. After treatment, the quality of life of the patients was significantly higher than that before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P lt; 0.05).
