摘 要 本文讲述了闹钟前盖产品的注塑模具的整个设计过程。首先介绍了塑料的结构特点与性能；塑料的组成与工艺特性；塑料成型工艺以及塑料塑件的结构工艺性。其次是对注射成型原理及工艺特性、注射模具的结构与注射机、塑料制品在模具中的位置与结构零部件的设计、浇注系统设计、成型零件设计、推出机构设计、侧向分型与抽芯机构的设计、温度调节系统等多方面的介绍。在设计过程中进行了包括成型零件尺寸的计算和对注射机的锁模力、最大注射量、注射压力、开模行程的计算以及模具与注射机安装部分相关尺寸的校核。 设计过程中对产品的工艺性能进行全面的分析，主要分析了塑料制件的形状特性、尺寸特点、尺寸标注方法、精度要求、制件表面质量和材料组成性质等因素。在设计过程种使用到了CAD软件和PRO/ENGNEER对塑件进行三维造型。 关键词： 注射模具；推出机构；成型零件；锁模力；侧向分型与抽芯结构。 Abstract This paper describes the alarm front cover product of the injection mold of the entire design process. Plastics are introduced. The structure characteristics and performance; plastic composition and process characteristics; plastic molding process and plastic plastic parts of the structure process.
