精品论文 参考文献 腹腔镜与开腹手术治疗胃溃疡性穿孔疗效比较分析 四川省绵阳市人民医院 摘要：目的：分析和探讨采用腹腔镜下修补术对胃溃疡性穿孔患者进行临床治疗的情况及效果。方法：随机选择2010年05月～2014年05月以来，在我院普外科进行手术治疗的56例胃溃疡性穿孔患者。将他们依照抽签法平均的划分成对照组和观察组两组，每组各有患者28例。分别采用开腹修补术和腹腔镜下修补术对患者进行临床治疗，并就两组患者的临床治疗情况和效果进行对比、分析和统计。结果：统计学分析显示，两组患者的临床疗效之间比较差异不大，均无统计学意义（P＞0.05），但在切口长度、术中出血量、下床活动时间、术后排气时间、住院时间、VAS疼痛评分以及并发症发生率方面，观察组患者明显优于对照组患者，组间对比具有显著性差异，存在统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：在胃溃疡性穿孔的临床治疗中，采用腹腔镜下修补术进行治疗的创伤更小、疼痛更低、疗程更短、恢复更快，并发症更少，因此，它是一种有效、安全、理想的临床治疗方法。 关键词：胃溃疡性穿孔；腹腔镜手术；开腹手术；临床效果 [abstract]objective：to analyze and explore the laparoscopic repair of clinical treatment for patients with perforated gastric ulcer sex and effects.Methods：randomly selected from May 2010 to May 2010，the department of general surgery for patients with surgery in treatment of 56 cases of peptic ulcer perforation.Them in accordance with the draw method of average divided into two groups，control group and observation group of 28 cases with patients in each group.Respectively using open repair and laparoscopic repair of patients with clinical treatment，and the two groups of patients with the clinical treatment and effect of comparison，analysis and statistics.Results：statistical analysis revealed that the clinical curative effect of two groups of patients with comparison of difference between，there were no statistical significance（P gt; 0.05），but in the bed length of incision，intraoperative blood loss，time，length of hospital stay，postoperative exhaust time，VAS pain score and the incidence of complications，the observation group was better than control group in patients，compared with a significant difference between groups，there is statistical significance（P lt; 0.05）.Conclusion：in the clinical treatment of perforated gastric ulcer sex，using laparoscopic repair for treatment of less trauma，less pain，shorter course of treatment，faster recovery，fewer complications，therefore，it is an effective，safe and ideal method for clinical treatment.
