精品论文 参考文献 胎心监护联合脐血流检测在高危妊娠中的预测价值回顾性分析 武汉市黄陂区人民医院妇产科 湖北武汉 430300 【摘 要】目的：探讨胎心监护联合脐血流检测在高危妊娠中的预测价值。方法：选取我院产科收治的、进行无刺激胎儿脐血流S／D值监测和胎心监护监测的500例高危妊娠孕妇，对临床资料进行回顾性分析，分析比较其监测结果与分娩后胎儿窘迫发生率、脐带异常率及羊水情况的相关性。结果：胎儿脐血流S/D比值、RI值、FVR值、PI值及胎心监护异常组的产妇羊水过少、羊水污染、胎儿宫内窘迫、胎儿生长受限、妊娠期糖尿病、妊娠期高血压疾病、脐带异常及剖宫产等的发生率明显大于脐血流S/D比值、RI值、FVR值、PI值及胎心监护均正常的对照组，两者间差异（Plt;0.05），具有统计学意义。脐血流监测值正常而胎心监测值异常组的产妇羊水过少、胎儿窘迫、羊水污染及剖宫产率明显大于对照组，两者间差异（Plt;0.05），具有统计学意义。结论：胎儿脐血流监测及胎心监测因为其简便易行，可循环利用、无任何有害刺激和创伤，能显著提高对高危妊娠临床症状的预测判断和指导产科临床，具有十分重要的作用和意义，可以广泛用于临床，以减少高危妊娠的发生率。 【关键词】胎心监护；脐血流监测；高危妊娠；预测价值 Abstract] Objective：To explore the predictive value of fetal heart rate monitoring combined with umbilical cord blood flow measurement in high risk pregnancy.Methods：a total of my hospital，no stimulation of fetal umbilical cord blood flow s / D value of monitoring and monitoring of fetal heart rate monitoring 500 cases of high-risk pregnancy clinical data were retrospectively analyzed，comparison and analysis of the monitoring results and delivery after the occurrence of fetal distress rate and the rate of abnormal umbilical cord and amniotic fluid of correlation.Results：fetal umbilical cord blood flow s / D ratio，RI，FVR values，pI value and fetal heart rate monitoring abnormal group of oligohydramnios，contamination of amniotic fluid，fetal distress，fetal growth restriction，gestational diabetes，gestational hypertension disease，significantly than umbilical blood flow s / D ratio，RI，FVR values，PI value and fetal heart rate monitoring were normal in the control group in the incidence of abnormal umbilical cord and cesarean section，differences between the two groups（P lt; 0.05），with statistical significance.Umbilical blood flow monitoring value of normal and fetal heart monitoring abnormal group of maternal amniotic fluid is too little，fetal distress，amniotic fluid pollution and cesarean section rate was significantly greater than the control group，the difference between the two（Plt;0.05），with statistical significance.Conclusion：fetal
