精品论文 参考文献 胆囊结石行腹腔镜下保胆取石术治疗的意义探析 王志军 　　湖南省桃源县中医医院 湖南常德 415700 　　【摘 要】目的：研究胆囊结石行腹腔镜下保胆取石术治疗的意义。方法：回顾性分析2014年5月—2015年11月我院胆囊结石患者65例，根据分段随机化法，分为2组，腹腔镜保胆组和开腹保胆组。开腹保胆组根据常规开腹手术行保胆取石治疗；腹腔镜保胆组进行腹腔镜下保胆取石术。就两组患者手术开始到结束时间、术后排气、住院时间和治疗效率、并发症进行比较。结果：腹腔镜保胆组治疗效率高于开腹保胆组，并发症低于开腹保胆组，X2检验显示P＜0.05。腹腔镜保胆组患者手术开始到结束时间、术后排气、住院时间均少于开腹保胆组，t检验显示P＜0.05。结论：胆囊结石行腹腔镜下保胆取石术治疗的效果确切，操作简便，可缩短操作时间，减少创伤，促进术后胃肠功能的恢复，有利于及早康复出院，值得推广。 　　【关键词】胆囊结石；腹腔镜；保胆取石术；治疗意义 　　【 abstract 】 objective：to study the gall bladder calculi line for the treatment of laparoscopic biliary lithotomy baos meaning. Methods：a retrospective analysis in May 2014-2014 in November from 65 cases of patients with gallstone disease，according to the segmentation randomized method，divided into 2 groups，laparoscopic bile bao bao bravery and laparotomy group. Open confirmed bile groups according to the conventional laparotomy confirmed biliary lithotomy treatment；Laparoscopic buy bravery group for laparoscopic biliary lithotomy. Two groups of patients start to the end time，exhaust，length of hospital stay and postoperative treatment efficiency and complications were compared. Results：laparoscopic bile bao bile group，treatment group efficiency higher than laparotomy group complications were less than laparotomy confirmed bile，X2 test showed P lt; 0.05. Laparoscopic biliary surgery patients began to end time，postoperative exhaust confirmed bile，length of hospital stay were less than laparotomy group，t test showed P lt; 0.05.
