精品论文 参考文献 老年高血压患者应用系统护理干预的效果分析 [摘 要]目的：分析老年高血压患者应用系统护理干预的效果。方法：选取400例老年高血压患者作为此次研究的对象，随机分组，常规护理组采用常规护理干预，系统护理组采用包括心理护理、用药护理、健康宣教、生活习惯干预等系统护理干预，对比血压变化情况、用药依从性和健康知识掌握度。结果：护理后系统护理组的收缩压与舒张压下降程度明显优于常规护理组，差异具有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。系统护理组患者用药依从性（84.0%）明显高于常规护理组（60.0%），差异具有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。系统护理组患者健康知识掌握度（92.0%）明显高于常规护理组（70.0%），差异具有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。结论：老年高血压患者应用心理护理、用药护理、健康宣教、生活习惯干预等系统护理干预的效果确切，有利于血压情况的改善，提高患者用药依从性和对高血压知识的认知程度，值得推广。 [关键词]老年高血压 系统护理干预 效果 DOI:10.3760/cma.j.issn.1672-7088.2015.15.04 作者单位： 430074 湖北武汉，武汉市东湖医院护理部 [作者简介] 余群（1971-），女，本科， 武汉市东湖医院护理部主管护师。 The Effect of Systematic Nursing Intervention on Elderly Hypertensive Patients Yu Qun Abstract: Objective To analyze the effect of the systematic nursing interventions on elderly hypertensive patients. Methods 400 cases of elderly patients with hypertension were selected as the study object and randomly divided into the regular group and intervention group. The regular group received routine care while the intervention group received systematic nursing including psychological care, medication care, health education, lifestyle intervention system nursing intervention. Changes in blood pressure, medication adherence and health knowledge degree between the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the degree of decline in systolic and diastolic blood in the intervention group was superior to the regular group, the difference being statistically significant (P lt;0.05). The medication adherence of patients receiving systematic nursing was 84.0%, significantly higher than that of the regular group (60.0%), which was statistically different (P lt;0.05). Patientsrsquo; health knowledge mastering degree in the systematic nursing group was 92.0%, significantly higher than that of the regular group (70.0%), the difference being statistically significant (P lt;0.05).
