PAGE I 摘 要 当今中国，港口业正处于一个快速发展的时期，而集装箱港口是各地的发展重点。集装箱港口的发展与社会经济的发展有着紧密的联系，同时也是我国经济快速发展的主要动力。 通过阐述集装箱和集装箱港口的定义及集装箱港口的发展历史，研究了国际金融危机影响下我国集装箱港口的发展现状，并针对其发展特点及发展趋势，指出我国集装箱港口在发展过程中存在的弊端，进而对我国集装箱港口及其发展进行了系统的研究。通过对盐田港区船泊待泊时间情况、集装箱港口疏运系统及港口管理制度与港口设施管理的分析，可以看出中国的集装箱港口总体发展速度很快。但是，当面临着来自世界各大集装箱港口的强大压力及2008年国际金融危机的袭击时，却体现出了集装箱港口设施不齐全、管理制度不完善、发展不规范等漏洞。 但由此也说明我国集装箱港口的发展空间还很大，只要予以重视，前景将会更广阔。根据以上分析，提出了一些具体意见：我国在集装箱港口发展过程中应避免恶性发展，发展集装箱港口与腹地的集疏运系统建设、加强与城市产业发展的联系、学会合作性竞争。面对国际金融危机，政府方面要充分发挥其职能，做好调研分析和协调引导工作、一起为港口企业减负、协调价格、提供避险保障，提升集装箱港口的软环境。 关键词： 集装箱；集装箱港口；金融危机 Abstract Port industry is rapidly developing in China nowadays, and the container port is the significant for the development of each region. The development of container ports is closely related with social economic development. Meanwhile, it’s the dynamics to promote the rapid economic development in China. This paper offers the definitions for container and container port and the development history of container port. It explores the current status quo of container port development in China which is influenced by the international financial crisis. It focuses on the developing characteristics and tendency, indicating the existing disadvantages and drawbacks in the container port development. Then it systematically researches on China’s container port and its development. It analyses the ships’ waiting time, the container port feeder system, the port management policies and port facilities management of YWT. We can discover that China’s container port overall development is rapid. But when there was intense pressure from the major container ports of the world and the attack of 2008 international financial crisis, it demonstrated the incomplete container port’s facilities, imperfect management system, irregular development and so on. But it also shows that the development space of China’s container port is very large. If we pay attention to it, its prospect will be wider. According to the analysis above, I put forward some
