精品论文 参考文献 社会技能训练减少男性精神分裂症患者暴力与攻击行为对照研究 于筝 王艳 热依汗古丽middot;阿不来提 　　（乌鲁木齐市第四人民医院 新疆 乌鲁木齐 830002） 　　【摘要】 目的：本研究的目的是社会技能训练在减少精神障碍患者的暴力与攻击行为的有效性。方法：采用随机信封法，试验组入组40例，对照组入组40例，在实验开始前1周，使用修改版外显攻击行为量表（MOAS），对入组的住院男性精神障碍患者的暴力与攻击性行为作评估，然后对试验组施行社会技能训练，每两周对所有患者进行1次MOAS量表评估。结果：进行社会技能训练4周后，试验组攻的攻击性行为分数下降，对照组的分数显示增加。结论：社会技能训练能有效地减少住院男性精神障碍患者攻击性行为的发生率。在同时，此项结果应该有助于减少使用强制措施或药物治疗来控制住院精神障碍患者的暴力与攻击行为。 　　【关键词】 回归社会技能训练；修改版外显攻击行为量表；暴力与攻击行为；精神分裂症 　　【中图分类号】R493 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2015）21-0339-02 　　A Control Study on using Social Skills Training to Reduce Violence and Aggression of Psychiatric Patients 　　Yu Zheng, Wang Yan, Re Yi Han Gu Li.A bu lai ti. 　　The Fourth People Hospital in Wulumuqi City, Wulumuqi City,Xinjiang Province,830032 　　【Abstract】Objective The aim of this research was to test the effectiveness of using Social Skills Training to reduce the violence and aggressive behavior of male psychiatric patients. Methods Eighty male in patients with mental disorders recruited to participate in the study,which were randomly equally divided into two groups,experimental group (n=40) and a control group (n=40). the behavior modification,assessment on aggressive behavior was done by using the modified overt aggression scale (MOAS) (including verbal attack,attack,attack to the property,physical attack) before the intervene. then the experimental group was token into Social Skills Training ,meanwhile evaluated all of the patients by using MOAS every weeks. Results The aggressive behavior scores of the experimental group decreased, those of the control group, scores showed an increase after the four-week behavior modification program utilizing token Social Skills Training. Conclusion The results of the research indicated that token Social Skills Training was effective in reducing the incidence of aggressive behavior among male inpatients in psychiatric hospitals.
