精品论文 参考文献 深部热疗在恶性肿瘤患者中的应用 四川省资阳市安岳县人民医院 642350 摘要：目的：对深部热疗在恶性肿瘤患者中的应用效果进行调查。方法：选择我院2013年11月—2015年11月期间78例恶性肿瘤患者，将所有患者随机分为两组，一组为对照组，一组为观察组，每组39例，对照组患者采用常规化疗进行治疗，观察组患者同时联合热疗进行治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果：观察组病情完全缓解的11例，部分缓解的16例，病情稳定的10例，进展的2例，对照组病情完全缓解的5例，部分缓解的12例，病情稳定的15例，进展的7例，两组比较存在明显差异，P＜0.05。对照组患者有3例不良反应病例，不良反应发生率为7.7%，观察组有1例不良反应病例发生，不良反应发生率为2.6%，比较存在明显差异，P＜0.05，X2=4.48。结论：深部热疗在肿瘤患者中的干预效果非常理想，不仅能够帮助患者改善病情，同时还能够降低患者治疗过程中不良反应发生率，保证患者治疗安全。 关键词：深部热疗；肿瘤患者；疗效 [Abstract] Objective：To investigate the application effect of deep hyperthermia in patients with malignant tumor. Methods：in our hospital from November 2013 to November 2015 of 78 cases of malignant tumor patients，all patients were randomly divided into two groups，one control group，one group for the observation group，39 cases in each group，the control group was treated with conventional chemotherapy，while the patients in the observation group were treated with thermotherapy. The therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared. Results：the observation group 11 cases of complete remission，partial remission in 16 cases，10 cases of stable disease，2 cases in the control group of 5 cases of complete remission，partial remission in 12 cases，15 cases of stable disease，7 cases of progress，the two groups have obvious difference，P lt; 0.05. Control group of 3 cases of adverse reactions，adverse reaction rate was 7.7%，1 cases of adverse reactions occurred in the observation group，the incidence of adverse reactions was 2.6%，there were significant differences，P lt; 0.05，X2=4.48. Conclusion：the effect of deep hyperthermia in cancer patients is very good，can not only help improve the condition of patients，but also can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions of patients in the treatment process，to ensure the safety of patients.
