精品论文 参考文献 浅析剖宫产产后护理中实施个性化护理的效果 明水县妇幼保健院 151700 【摘 要】目的：研究分析剖宫产产后护理中实施个性化护理的临床效果。方法：此次研究的对象是选取于我院分娩的52例产妇，将其临床资料进行回顾性分析，并将所有产妇均采取剖宫产术分娩，对所有产后产妇均实施个性化护理，如加强产前检查、完善护理服务制度、对第一、二、三产程中出现的并发症进行干预处理、留院观察、密切观察产妇的生命体征、综合评估产妇的心理状态、向产妇进行健康宣传。结果：52例产妇在产后护理过程中产后大出血有3例，占5.77%，经缩宫素治疗后明显好转；切口感染有4例，占7.69%，经抗生素治疗后痊愈；护理完全依从28例，占53.85%；护理部分依从17例，占32.69%；护理不依从7例，占13.46%；护理非常满意19例，占36.54；一般满意29例，占55.77；不满意4例，占7.69%。结论：个性化护理可显著提高剖宫产产后的护理水平，对于预防剖宫产产后并发症发生具有显著的临床效果。 【关键词】剖宫产；产后护理；个性化护理 [Abstract] Objective：To study the clinical effect of individualized nursing care in postpartum nursing of cesarean section.Methods：the research object is selected in 52 cases of maternal birth in our hospital，their clinical data were retrospective analysis and will all pregnant women were taken cesarean section operation delivery，for all postpartum were individualized nursing，such as strengthening prenatal care and improve the nursing service system，to appear in the first，second and third labor complications intervention treatment，stay in hospital for observation，close observation of maternal vital signs，and the comprehensive evaluation of maternal mental state，to the mothers of health promotion.Results：52 cases of maternal postpartum nursing process in postpartum hemorrhage in 3 cases，accounting for 5.77%，the uterine contraction after treatment significantly improved；incision infection with 4 cases，account for 7.69%，cured by antibiotic therapy；nursing compliance in 28 cases，53.85%；nursing partial compliance in 17 cases，（32.69%；nursing compliance in 7 cases，（13.46%）；nursing is very satisfactory in 19 cases，36.54%；generally satisfactory in 29 cases，55.77%；unsatisfactory in 4 cases of 7.69%.Conclusion：personalized nursing can significantly improve the nursing level of cesarean section，and has significant clinical effect on the prevention of postpartum complications of cesarean section.
