精品论文 参考文献 浅析剖宫产合并子宫肌瘤切除术的临床效果观察 黑龙江省汤原县鹤立林业局医院 154721 摘要：目的：浅析剖宫产合并子宫肌瘤切除术的临床效果观察。方法：此次研究的对象是选择100名剖宫产合并子宫肌瘤切除术的患者。将其临床资料进行回顾性分析，并与收治的100例单纯进行剖宫产术的患者进行对比，分为实验组和对照组，每组100例患者，其中实验组为剖宫产合并子宫肌瘤切除术患者，而对照组患者则仅为进行剖宫产的患者。分别比较两组患者的手术时间，术中的出血情况。经过一段时间后对患者进行随访，对患者的手术后病人的康复情况，并发症，新生儿的生长状况等多方面进行统计。结果：经过对两组患者的统计可以得出实验组的患者手术时间相比对照组延长，具有统计学意义。术中出血和术后并发症新生儿的生长情况经比较均无统计学意义。结论：患者的剖宫产合并子宫肌瘤切除术除手术时间相较对照组延长外，其并发症和术后恢复等情况均与对照组相似，因此剖宫产可以同子宫肌瘤切除同时进行，一定程度上避免患者的二次手术，具有一定积极的意义，减少了手术并发症，提高病人的术后生活质量，在临床上值得推广。 关键词：剖宫产；子宫肌瘤；临床 [Abstract] Objective：to analyze the clinical effect of cesarean section combined with uterine fibroids.Methods：the study selected 100 patients with cesarean section and uterine fibroids.The clinical data were retrospective analysis，and treated 100 cases of simply splits the palace to produce the technique were compared and divided into experimental group and control group with 100 cases in each group.The experimental group for caesarean production with uterine fibroids resection，while the control group was only in cesarean section patients.The operation time and bleeding of the two groups were compared.After a period of follow-up，the recovery of patients after surgery，complications，neonatal growth and other aspects of statistics.Results：the statistics of the two groups of patients can be obtained in the experimental group compared with the control group，the operation time is prolonged，with statistical significance.There was no statistical significance in the growth of the newborns with hemorrhage and postoperative complications.Conclusion：Patients with cesarean section production with uterine fibroids resection operation in addition to the operation time compared with the control group extended outside and its complications and postoperative recovery were similar to that of the control group，the cesarean section can with uterine myoma resection at the same time，avoid to a certain degree in patients with secondary procedures，with a certain positive significance，reducing the
