精品论文 参考文献 流动儿童免疫规划管理效果评价及对策探讨 王林芬 李维郑(通讯作者) 徐朝奇（杭州市余杭区第五人民医院 311100） 【中图分类号】R181.8 【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1672-5085（2012）48-0208-02 【摘要】 目的 根据余杭区流动儿童免疫规划疫苗接种现状和相应管理方法及效果，为政府及卫生部门制定相关政策提供依据。方法 总结目前杭州市余杭区第五人民医院针对辖区内流动儿童免疫规划管理采用的各种对策。结果 在实行信息化动态管理、双休日接种人性化管理、常态化信息查漏管理、不同形式建证管理、多种方式宣教管理的基础上依靠医院-街道-社区-联络员联动协调机制，提高接种率，依托医院-学校-联络员联动协调机制，提高补种率。使辖区流动儿童免疫规划工作收到了明显的成效。结论 政府的高度重视使得长效机制能正常运作，一支和谐、务实、奉献的公共卫生队伍是流动儿童免疫规划的基本保障，利用多种手段，加大对流动人口预防接种的宣传教育，提高公民素质，完善法制建设促使每位公民切实履行免疫规划的公民义务。 【关键词】 流动儿童 免疫规划 效果评价 对策探讨 The effectiveness evaluation and Countermeasure of migrant children immunization program management Wang Lin-fen Li Wei-zheng Xu Chao-qi 【Abstract】 Objective Vaccination status quo of Yuhang District, mobile childrens immunization programs and management methods and effects for policies of governments and health departments policies to provide a basis. Methods Summary of Countermeasures for immunization planning and management of migrant children in the Fifth Peoples Hospital of Yuhang District, Hangzhou. Results On the basis of the implementation of the dynamic management of information technology, weekend vaccination humane management, normalization information leak management, different forms of building license management, variety of ways missionaries management, relying on the hospital - Street - community - liaison to the joint coordination mechanism to improve vaccination rate, relying on the hospital - school - liaison linkage coordination mechanisms to improve the replanting rate. Area mobile child immunization program has received remarkable results. Conclusion The Government attaches great importance to cause long-term mechanism to the proper functioning of.A harmony, pragmatic, and the dedication of the public health team is the basic guarantee of the flow of child immunization programs.
