精品论文 参考文献 活血化瘀法治疗子宫肌瘤的应用及疗效探析 湖南省郴州市第一人民医院 423000 【摘 要】目的：研究活血化瘀法治疗子宫肌瘤的应用及疗效。方法：以我院2014年2月-2015年12月子宫肌瘤患者100例为对象进行分组。米非司酮组采用西药米非司酮治疗，活血化瘀组采用活血化瘀法治疗。比较两组患者子宫肌瘤临床干预效果率；治疗不良反应情况；干预前和干预后患者子宫肌瘤体积、子宫肌瘤数量的差异。结果：活血化瘀组跟米非司酮组比较，子宫肌瘤临床干预效果率更高，P＜0.05；活血化瘀组相较于米非司酮组治疗不良反应更少，P＜0.05；干预前两组子宫肌瘤体积、子宫肌瘤数量相似，P＞0.05；干预后活血化瘀组相较于米非司酮组子宫肌瘤体积、子宫肌瘤数量减少幅度更大，P＜0.05。结论：活血化瘀法治疗子宫肌瘤的应用及疗效确切，可有效缩小肌瘤体积，减少肌瘤数目，用药安全性高于西药，值得推广。 【关键词】活血化瘀法；子宫肌瘤；应用；疗效 【 abstract 】 objective：to study the promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis method，application and curative effect for the treatment of uterine fibroids. Methods：our hospital in February 2014 - December 2015，100 patients with uterine fibroids for grouping objects. Mifepristone group using mifepristone treatment of western medicine，promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis treatment group with promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis method. Compare two groups of patients with uterine fibroids clinical intervention effect rate；Treatment of adverse reactions；Intervention before and after intervention in patients with uterine fibroids volume，the differences between the number of uterine fibroids. Results：promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis with mifepristone group comparison，uterine fibroids clinical intervention effect rate is higher，P lt; 0.05；Activate blood group compared with less adverse reaction，mifepristone treatment group（P lt; 0.05；Intervention in the first two group of hysteromyoma volume，number of uterine fibroids，P gt; 0.05；After the intervention in promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis group compared with mifepristone hysteromyoma volume，decrease in the number of uterine fibroids amplitude is bigger，P lt; 0.05. Conclusion：the method for the treatment of uterine fibroids for activating blood circulation and the curative effect，can effectively reduce fibroid volume，reduce the number of fibroids，medication security is higher than that of western medicine，is worth pro
