摘 要 针对印染废水的水质特点,本文采用水解酸化与接触氧化相结合的生化工艺对废水进行处理。水解酸化和好氧接触设计停留时间均为10h,运行结果表明,水解酸化单元可有效提高废水的可生化性,废水经水解酸化后B/C0.2~0.30.4COD一般在80mg/L,BOD10mg/LCOD去除率80%BOD,去除率90%1000m3/d,其现今的设计水质水量 Q=600m3/d,COD=1200mg/L,BOD5=400mg/L,PH=7.0,SS=200mg/L,NH3-N=30,色度350倍。经处理后,应达到下列出水水质:COD≤100mg/L,BOD5mg/L,NH3-N≤10,pH在6~9,SS≤70mg/L0倍COD=88.5%,ηBOD=90%,ηSS=98.6%,色度89.5%。 经技术经济分析,此方案投资总额 330万元,废水处理成本为1.97 元/ m3,ABSTRACT Aiming at the characteristics of printing and dyeing wastewater, a biochemical technological process of hydrolytic acidification integrating contact oxidation was applied to treatment of the printing and dyeing wastewater; the HRT for the both were 10h respectively. The operating results showed the hydrolytic acidification section could improve the biochemical degradability effectively; after hydrolytic acidification, the wastewater's B/C value could rise to about 0.4 from 0.2-0.3, effectively ensuring the treating effect of aerobic contact. According to the monitoring results by the department of environmental protection, COD and BOD5 were below 80mg/L and 10mg/L respectively; COD and BOD5removal rates were over 80% and over 90% respectively. The liquid waste processing factory designs scale1000 m3/d, its raw water fluid matter according to square and present production scale in factory and development request, after with factory square, native environmental protection section consultation certain following design fluid matter amount of water: Q=600m3/d,COD=1200mg/L,BOD5=0mg/L,PH=.0,SS=0 mg /l,Color degree250times. After handles, should attain the following a water fluid matter: COD≤100mg/L,BODmg/L,P=6~9,SS≤70mg/L,≤15,Color degree≤50 times,reaching the dirty water exhausts a class standard. Through design thenηCOD=88.5%,ηBOD=9%,ηSS=98.6%,color is a 89.5%.Was analyzed by technique economy, this project investment total amount 3,300,000 yuan, liquid waste processing cost is .97 yuan/ m3, have got the good and economic performance with social performance.And the economy use
