摘 要 在收集古代文学作品中公婆形象的材料的基础上，对古代文学作品中公婆形象的类型、演变、价值进行研究。 首先依照性格、行为划分公婆的形象类型。公婆形象大致分为四类，即强权专制型、软弱依赖型、坎坷矛盾型和政治权谋型。然后依据公婆形象的演变规律、刻画形象的方法，总结公婆形象的演变阶段。大致分为三个阶段，即雏形期、成形期、成熟期。最后将公婆形象放入中华文化的背景中，探讨公婆形象的文学价值、文化价值以及负面影响。从文学价值的角度看，公婆是文学作品中不可或缺的配角，是封建家庭体制的活化石；从文化影响的角度看，公婆既是传统文化的传承者，更是制造悲剧的悲剧人物。 关键词 公婆形象；类型；演变历程；文学价值；文化影响 Abstract This paper aims to analyze the image of parents-in-law and research their type, evolution, value, based on the material of collection from ancient literary works. First of all, divide the image of the parents-in-law into four categories according to their character and behavior.That is totalitarian and authoritarian, weak and dependent, ups and downs of contradiction, and political machiavellian. Secondly, summarize the evolutive stage of the image based on the law of evolution and the method of depiction. It can be three stages: the embryonic period, forming stage, maturity stage. Finally, investigate the image of the parents-in-law literary value, cultural values and negative effects in the background of the chinese culture. From the perspective of literary value, the parents-in-law are essential component in the literary works, as well as a living fossil of feudal family system. And from the perspective of cultural influences, the parents-in-law are not only inheritors of the traditonal culture, but also the tragic figure of manufacturing tragedy.
