精品论文 参考文献 我院实施抗菌药物分级管理调查分析 孙云(安徽省蒙城县中医院药剂科 安徽蒙城 233500) 　　【摘要】目的 探讨本院抗菌药物分级管理使用情况，为进一步规范抗菌药物合理使用提供参考依据。方法 依据卫生部2004年制订的《抗菌药物临床应用指导原则》和2011年安徽省抗菌药物临床应用专项整治活动实施方案，把我院临床使用的抗菌药物分为非限制使用、限制使用和特殊使用三类，由住院医师、主治医师和副主任职称以上医师按照抗菌药物分级管理相关规定使用。结果 抽查140例住院患者中抗菌药物的使用率为59.3%，首选药物大多为非限制使用抗菌药物，部分患者在需要联合使用抗菌药物时多以头孢二代和氨基糖苷类联用最多。结论 我院抗菌药物通过分级管理，提高了临床医师合理用药意识，抗菌药物的滥用得到了有效控制。 　　【关键词】抗菌药物 分级管理 调查分析 　　【中图分类号】R197.3 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1672-5085（2013）40-0051-02 　　Investigation and analysis of antibacterial drugs in our hospital classification management implementation 　　Sun cloud 　　Anhui Mengcheng County Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine Department of pharmacy, Anhui Mengcheng 233500 　　【Abstract】Objective: To investigate the use of antibacterial drugs classification management in our hospital, in order to further standardize the rational use of antimicrobial agents to provide reference. Methods: according to the Ministry of health in 2004 for principles to guide the clinical application of antibiotics and antibacterial drug clinical application of Anhui province in 2011 special rectification activities implementation plan, the use of antibacterial drugs in our hospital were divided into unrestricted use, restrictions on the use and special use class three, for use by the residents, the attending physician and deputy director of the title physician in accordance with the relevant provisions of the management of antimicrobial agents classification. Results: the use of antibiotics in 140 inpatients in the sampling rate is 59.3%, the drug of choice for most non restriction of the use of antibacterial drugs, some patients in the combined use of antimicrobial agents when to two generations of cephalosporins and aminoglycosides combined with the most. Conclusion: the antibacterial drugs in our hospital through the classification management, improve clinician awareness, the abuse of antibiotics has been effectively controlled. 　　【Key
