精品论文 参考文献 心理护理干预对高血压患者治疗效果的影响 湖南省怀化市第二人民医院洪江分院 418200 摘要：目的：研究并探讨心理护理干预对高血压患者治疗效果的影响。方法：选取2013年1月~2014年12月我院收治的100例高血压患者作为研究对象，按照1：1的比例将这100例患者随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组患者采取常规护理措施进行护理，观察组患者在常规护理措施的基础上进行心理护理干预。观察并对比对照组患者和观察组患者的治疗依从性和血压控制情况。结果：与对照组相比，观察组患者的治疗依从性明显更高（Plt;0.05）。与治疗前相比，对照组和观察组患者治疗后的舒张压和收缩压均明显降低（Plt;0.05），观察组患者的降低幅度明显大于对照组（Plt;0.05）。结论：在高血压患者的临床治疗过程中应用心理护理干预，能够有效提高患者的治疗依从性，有效控制血压，有利于提高高血压患者的临床治疗效果。 关键词：高血压；心理护理干预；治疗效果；治疗依从性 【 abstract 】：objective：to study and to explore the effect of psychological nursing intervention for the treatment of patients with high blood pressure.Selection methods：from January 2013 to December 2013，our hospital 100 cases of patients with high blood pressure as the research object，according to the proportion of 1：1 to the 100 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group.Control group routine nursing measures for patients with nursing，the observation group of patients in psychological nursing intervention on the basis of conventional nursing measures.Observe and compared to control group and observation group of patients with treatment compliance and blood pressure control.Results：compared with control group，the observation group of treatment adherence for patients with significantly higher（P lt; 0.05）.Compared with before treatment，the control group and observation group of patients after treatment of diastolic and systolic blood pressure were significantly lower（P lt; 0.05），the observation group of patients with lower amplitude significantly greater than the control group（P lt; 0.05）.Conclusion：in the clinical treatment of patients with high blood pressure in the process of application of psychological nursing intervention，can effectively improve the patients treatment compliance，effective control of blood pressure，to improve the clinical therapeutic effect of hypertension patients. 【 key words 】：high blood pressure；Psychological nursing intervention；Treatment effect；Treatment adherence 高血压是一种常见的心血管系
