精品论文 参考文献 心理及行为干预在子宫肌瘤患者切除术中护理效果的影响分析 黑龙江省铁力市人民医院 黑龙江铁力 152500 摘要：目的：分析心理及行为干预在子宫肌瘤患者切除术中护理效果的影响。方法：选择2015年1月～2016年3月在我院妇产科利用子宫切除术治疗子宫肌瘤的120例患者为研究对象，随机分为干预组和对照组，对照组进行常规护理，干预组在常规护理基础上加强心理与行为干预，比较两组的护理效果。结果：干预组进行综合的心理及行为干预后，患者痊愈率为33.3%，总有效率为96.6%；对照组的痊愈率为16.7%，总有效率为86.7%。差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。干预组与对照组患者均术后随访2个月，干预组伤口疼痛的比例为6.7%，疲乏比例为10.0%，烦躁比例为5.0%，潮热汗出的比例为1.7%。显著优于对照组出现的不良反应状况，具有差异性（P＜0.05）。结论：对子宫肌瘤患者采取心理及行为干预措施，可以提高临床效果，缩短患者的住院时间，促进患者的尽快康复，值得大量推广。 关键词：心理及行为干预；子宫肌瘤患者；切除术；护理效果；影响分析 Influence of psychological and behavioral intervention on the nursing effect of patients with uterine myoma Zheng Liyuan The peoples Hospital of Heilongjiang Province，Tieli City，Heilongjiang Tieli 152500 [Abstract]Objective：to analyze the effect of psychological and behavioral intervention on nursing care of patients with uterine myoma.Methods：select January 2015 ~ 2016 years 3 months in the Department of gynecology and obstetrics in our hospital by uterine resection as the object of study in 120 patients with surgery in the treatment of uterine fibroids，were randomly divided into intervention group and control group，the control group was given routine nursing，the intervention group on the base of routine nursing strengthen psychological and behavior intervention，compared two groups of nursing effect.Results：the comprehensive psychological and behavioral intervention in the intervention group，the recovery rate was 33.3%，the total effective rate was 96.6%；the control group was 16.7%，the total effective rate was 86.7%.The difference was statistically significant（P lt; 0.05）.The intervention group and the control group patients were followed up from 2 months，proportion of the intervention group，the wound pain was 6.7%，proportion of fatigue was 10.0%，proportion of irritability was 5.0%，the proportion of hectic fever and sweating was 1.7%.Compared with the control group，the adverse reactions were significantly better than those of the control group（P lt; 0.05）.Conclusion：the psychological and behav
