精品论文 参考文献 头针联合体针对中风偏瘫的临床疗效观察 四川省雅安市天全县中医医院针灸科 四川雅安 625500 摘要：目的：探究中风偏瘫患者接受头针联合体针方案进行治疗的具体操作及应用价值。方法：纳入本院2012年1月-2014年6月收治中风偏瘫患者为本次研究对象，随机抽取80例并根据接受治疗方案的差异分为对照组与观察组，对照组患者40例，治疗方案为常规药物治疗，观察组患者40例，治疗方案为西药与头针联合体针治疗。对比2组患者临床治疗效果。结果：在完成疗程2星期治疗后评价2组患者临床疗效，观察组患者临床治疗总有效率为90.0%，明显优于对照组患者治疗总有效率62.5%，两者差异存在统计学价值（P＜0.05）。结论：中风近年来发病率呈现出升高的趋势，而偏瘫属于中风后常见后遗症，对患者生活质量造成严重影响，对中风偏瘫患者在西药治疗基础上配合中医头针、体针等治疗方案，相对于传统药物治疗方案更具临床疗效，值得临床普及与推广。 关键词：头针；体针；中风偏瘫；临床疗效 【Abstract】Objective：to explore the stroke patients with hemiplegia schemes for the first joint body acupuncture needle therapy of specific operation and application value.Methods：in this hospital in January 2012 - June 2014 stroke patients with hemiplegia treated as the study object，and randomly selected 80 cases and based on the differences of treatment scheme is divided into control group and observation group，40 patients with the control group，treatment options for routine drug treatment，observation group 40 cases patients，treatment of western medicine and head of the needle with body acupuncture therapy.Compare two groups patients clinical therapeutic effect.Results：after treatment 2 weeks finish treatment clinical curative effect evaluation of 2 groups of patients，the observation group of patients with clinical treatment the total effective rate was 90.0%，obviously better than the control group total effectiveness 62.5%，treatment value exists difference in statistics（P lt; 0.05）.Conclusion：the incidence of stroke in recent years，showing a rising trend，which belongs to common complication of stroke hemiplegia，caused serious influence on patients quality of life，for stroke patients with hemiplegia on the basis of western medicine treatment with Chinese medicine needle head，body acupuncture and other treatments，compared with traditional drug treatment more clinical curative effect，worthy of clinical popularization and promotion. 【key words】the first needle；Body acupuncture；Stroke hemiplegia；Clinical curative effect 中风属于临床常
