Introduction 1.1 The different concepts of family education In China, most parents care more about their children’s future, a good job and a good life, and the aim is expecting their child to be a “dragon”. Therefore, in the process of children’s growth, the most important thing the parents concerning is to develop their children’s intellect, and make their children have manifold talents. While, American parents pay more attention on the children’s own strength and experiences. Most American parents emphasize more to train their children’s ability of independence, so that their children should form a self-supporting will and the capacity to live independently since their childhood. 1.2 The different method of family education In Chinese family, affected by Chinese traditional culture, parents educate children by “control” and “seal” type. Parents prepare all things for their children and are very strict with them, children are not allowed to go to the out world for the case of affected by bad things.
