Method: Totally 268 aged people of 16 nursing homes in Fuzhou were investigated about their comprehensive functional assessment and its influencing factors by the Older Americans Resoures and Services (OARS) scale and data was analyzed through descriptive method, non-parametric test and ordered logistic regression model by SPSS. Results: Excellent, general, and poor rates of the comprehensive functional assessment among the aged people were 35.4%, 47.4%,and 17.2%, respectively. The influencing factors were educational background, health examination, diseases, and income. Conclusion:The majority of health condition of aged people in nursing homes is general and education background, health examination, diseases, and income are influencing factors.
