精品论文 参考文献 单眼分体式医用水凝胶眼疗贴在全麻鼻窦镜手术患者眼部的应用 王丽娜1 姚林果2(通讯作者） 　　（1东营市人民医院麻醉科 山东 东营 257091） 　　（2胜利油田中心医院 山东 滨州 257034） 　　【摘要】 目的：观察单眼分体式医用水凝胶眼疗贴在全麻鼻窦镜手术患者眼部护理中的应用。方法：240例全麻鼻窦镜手术患者随机分为对照组与观察组各120例，对照组术中常规采用眼内涂红霉素眼膏外覆盖小纱条然后用3L透明手术膜封住双眼的方法，观察组术中采用单眼分体式医用水凝胶眼疗贴封住双眼的方法。分别于术后24小时、48小时、7天观察两组术后眼部并发症的发生情况（眼部不适感、疼痛、流泪、畏光、结膜充血、异物感、眼睑水肿或视物模糊等均属并发症）。结果：对照组术后眼部并发症的发生率为25%，观察组术后眼部并发症的发生率为10%，差异有统计学意义。结论：全麻鼻窦镜手术患者术中护眼用单眼分体式医用水凝胶眼疗贴可以减少术后眼部并发症的发生，眼贴一次性使用方便，操作简单，值得使用。 　　【关键词】 发症；单眼分体式医用水凝胶眼疗贴；鼻窦镜手术； 眼部护理 　　【中图分类号】R45 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2016）04-0367-02 　　Monocular split medical Hydrogel eye treatment posted in paranasal sinus surgery under general anesthesia in patients with ocular application Wang Lina1,Yao Linguo2.Dongying city, Shandong Dongying peoples Hospital of 257091,China. 　　【Abstract】Objective To observe monocular split medical Hydrogel eye treatment against the application of eye care in patients with sinus surgery under general anesthesia.
