精品论文 参考文献 初产妇分娩后尿潴留的护理 范潇 　　（成都大学附属医院 610009） 　　摘要：[目的]探讨初产妇分娩后尿潴留的护理干预方法及其积极影响。方法：选取100例2008年1月～2009年12月在本科分娩的初产妇，随机分为两组,98例作为对照组采取常规产科护理，100例作为干预组在对照组基础上实施产前、产后护理干预，分析比较对两组初产妇产后尿潴留的发生率。结果：100例干预组产妇,2例（4.55%）发生产后尿潴留，98例对照组产妇，10例（23.81%）发生产后尿潴留，干预组产后尿潴留发生率明显低于对照组，两组差异显著（Plt;0.05），差异有统计学意义。结论：针对初产妇发生产后尿潴留的原因，在产前、产后均实施有效的护理干预，可显著降低初产妇产后尿潴留的发生。 　　关键词：初产妇，尿潴留，护理措施 　　Mothers of urinary retention after giving birth to a child care 　　Fan Xiao, (Department of Anesthesiology, Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University, Chengdu 610009,China) 　　Abstract: [Objective]Mothers of urinary retention after childbirth care intervention method and its positive effect. Method:Select 100cases from January 2008 to December 2009 in undergraduate course delivery of primipara,were randomly divided into two groups: 98 cases as control group adopted routine obstetric care,100 cases as intervention group in the control group on the basis of the implementation of prenatal and postnatal care intervention, analysis and comparison of two groups of mothers the incidence of postpartum urinary retention.Results:100 women intervention group, 2 cases(4.55%)occurred postpartum urinary retention,98 cases of control group in maternal,10 cases(23.81%)occurred postpartum urinary retention, the incidence of postpartum urinary retention intervention group was obviously lower than the control group, significant difference was found in two groups(Plt;0.05),the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion: for the cause of first-time mothers in postpartum urinary retention, in both prenatal and postnatal effective nursing intervention, can significantly reduce the happen of primipara postpartum urinary retention. 　　Key words:First-time mothers,urinary retention,and nursing measures 　　产后尿潴留是常见产科症状，是指产妇分娩6小时后仍不能正常排尿的症状，是产科??生率很高的并发症之一。产后尿潴留对于产妇子宫收缩具有很大影响性，其会导致阴道大量出血，致使产妇出现泌尿系统感染，抑制产妇乳汁正常分泌，不仅会严重影响产妇的恢复，增加其痛苦，同时也会导致婴儿吸吮喂养障碍，所以其护理问题已经成为产科护理的重要内容，术后尿潴留对患者的康复极为不利，会给患者带来苦楚和不便，添加尿路感染的时机，且可延伸住院日，添加患者费用。这篇文章首要剖析尿潴留的
